Peanuts Funny Farm is an animal sanctuary located in the rural farming community of Windellama, near Goulburn in New South Wales, Australia. Founded by Tracey Keenan and with a revolving door of volunteers and visitors, Peanuts not only changes the lives of animals, but children, too.
Recognising the link between animal cruelty and other crimes including interpersonal, family, and community violence, Peanuts aims to break the cycle of use. Peanuts provides troubled children with an escape and the education and responsibility that could turn their life around.
Peanuts is home to horses, ponies, cows, pigs, goats, rabbits, cats, dogs and many visiting birds. To find out more and to donate, visit their website peanutsfunnyfarm.org.au.
